We will carry out a thorough initial assessment to ensure that we know exactly what care you require, how we will access your property, and what hazards if any are evident.
We may make recommendations to you as to how the living and working environment could be made safer.
We will provide all clients with a written statement of the service they can expect to receive, (A Care Plan).
All of our employees are trained, to ensure that they can carry out their duties safely and competently.
Our employees will normally arrive at the agreed time to carry out their duties. You will be informed as soon as possible, either by telephone, by personal visit, or in writing of any changes in this arrangement so as to minimise the disruptive effects of any change.
You will have a named person to contact if you have any concerns about the services being provided.
Any concerns expressed will be promptly and thoroughly investigated in all cases
You will be given a contract stating our exact terms of business.
