Availability
We currently have availability for clients in certain areas. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Our Services
Care In Your Home has a team of carers who are available 7 days a week between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00. For care outside of these hours please contact us so that we may discuss individual requirements and review our current availability of staff. The services we offer are very flexible and will be designed around you and your care needs.
We understand that your independence is important to you - we aim to help you to maintain your independence by providing you with whatever level of support you may need, including:
Dressing, undressing, getting into and out of bed
Personal care
Assistance with bathing
Meal preparation and assistance with eating
Health - visits to doctors, hospital
Medication - collection of prescriptions and assistance with taking medication
Assistance with walking / exercise
Shopping and assistance with collection of pensions, topping up meters
Housework
Laundry - washing and ironing
Social visits, assistance with leisure activities
Sitting Service - to enable a main carer some "Time out"
We are able to assist health professionals with therapeutic care, under the supervision of an appropriate professional.
