Our Staff

Our staff are friendly, and dedicated to giving the best service possible to our Clients.

All staff are fully trained, to the standard required by The Health and Social Care Act 2008.  Training is provided by via E-learning, in our own offices, and sometimes off-site. This includes:

Additional training for Clients’ specific needs will be sought as necessary from a suitably qualified person.

After an initial period of employment, we would like to see all staff work towards achieving QCF (NVQ) level 2 and 3 in Care. To enable the carers to complete these qualifications, it will occasionally be necessary for an assessor to verify a carers work standards.

Employees will notify and seek consent from their clients individually prior to these visits, and the assessor will be discreet during moments of personal care.  If you do not wish an assessor to visit your home, please inform the office, and this will be noted on your file.  We would however encourage you to accept the visits, as they are additional support for your carers, and help us to ensure that our staff are trained to the highest standard possible.

We operate a Dress Code for all employees.
